                                提出了一种小型双频微带天线设计,用于手持式RFID阅读器。采用矩形贴片和E形贴片结构,利用空腔模型理论中短路加载和耦合谐振技术,实现了微带天线的小型化和双频性能。尺寸大小为30 mm×30 mm。工作频带则覆盖RFID技术常用微波段2.45 GHz(2.4~2.484 GHz)和5.8 GHz(5.725~5.825 GHz)频段。使用HFSS软件进行了仿真优化,并对天线实物进行测试,与仿真结果吻合。最后得到的低频带宽在2.40~2.47 GHz,高频带宽在5.67~6.25 GHz,最大增益分别为2.6 dBi和4.4 dBi。
A small dual-band microstrip antenna design is proposed for hand-held RFID readers. Rectangular patch and E-shaped patch structure are adopted to realize the miniaturization and dual-band performance of the microstrip antenna by utilizing the short-circuit loading and the coupled resonance technique in the cavity model theory. The size is 30 mm × 30 mm. The working frequency band covers the frequency bands 2.45 GHz (2.4-2.484 GHz) and 5.8 GHz (5.725-5.825 GHz) commonly used in the RFID technology. HFSS software was used to optimize the simulation and test the antenna in-kind, which is in good agreement with the simulation results. The resulting low-frequency bandwidth is 2.40 to 2.47 GHz, the high-frequency bandwidth is 5.67 to 6.25 GHz and the maximum gain is 2.6 dBi and 4.4 dBi, respectively.
