一、云南发展概况云南省地处中国西南边陲,与缅甸、老挝、越南3国直接接壤,15个民族与境外相同民族在国境线两侧居住。与泰国、柬埔寨、加拉、印度等国相距也不远。澜沧江从云南出境后称湄公河,流经缅、泰、老、柬、越等国,被称为“东方多瑙河”。2000多年前的“西南丝绸之路”曾从四川经云南,通达缅甸、印度、中亚和阿拉伯地区以及西方国家,1世纪初的“马援故道”则从滇南进入越南河口,通达南海,在我国古代对外交往中起过重要的作用,证明云南自古以来就是中国陆上通向印度、东南亚等地的门户。云南省将烟草及其配套产业、冶金、化工、机电、医药、食品、制糖、建材这八个重要产业,作为推进技术进步、实施产品结构调整的重点产业。其中又分别优选出重点企业、重点项目和重点产品实施重点扶持。

Among them, the key enterprises, key projects and key products are also preferred to give priority to the implementation of key support.
