植物名称:洒金榕(Codiaeum variegatum)。材料类别:枝条。培养条件:(1)诱导侧芽生长用1/2MS+BA1.5mg/L(单位下同)+NAA0.2。(2)诱导丛生芽用1/2MS+BA2.0～2.5+NAA0.1。以上两种培养基均不加琼脂固化,采用液体静置培养,用塑料泡沫作培养材料支持物。(3)诱导根分化用1/2MS+NAA0.2～0.5作固体培养。培养基pH5.7±0.1,培养室温度26±2℃,光照强度1000～1500Lx,每天光照12小时。
