研究生党建工作在高校人才培养中占有重要地位,是高校党建工作的重要组成部分。当前研究生党建面临很多矛盾和问题,如党支部的设置、组织生活的有效开展、积极分子的培养、党支部干部的培训、党员的教育与管理等。鉴于此,针对研究生群体的特点和研究生教育的实际要求,提出了创新研究生党建工作的几点建议和具体做法,以期使研究生党建工作更符合新时期的要求,充分发挥支部的战斗堡垒作用和党员模范带头作用。
