财政风险管理是我国财政理论研究的热点问题,目前我国基层财政风险形势非常严峻,加强对基层财政风险的管理,对目前我国基层财政的改革与发展都有着重要的意义,本文从基层财政风险的特征出发,分析基层财政风险的现状及成因,并提出相关基层财政风险管理的对策与建议。
At present, the situation of grass-roots financial risks in our country is very serious.
