目的:探究新生儿病房医院感染风险控制的管理措施及成效。方法:对2013年1月~2015年12月之间新生儿病房的医院感染情况进行统计,联合医院感染管理科制定预防与控制措施,从多方面入手落实新生儿医院感染的风险控制,有针对性进行各项指标监测,和其他部门做好密切配合,加强全体护理人员的风险管理意识,共同实现新生儿医院感染的风险控制。结果:调查期间内新生儿病房的医院感染风险控制管理制度落实良好,各项工作可责任到人,提高了全体护理人员的风险意识及责任心;3年内新生儿医院感染率及漏报率显著降低,医院感染控制效果良好;卫生学监测符合医院要求,环境卫生学监测评分维持在99%以上,未发生医院感染流行或感染暴发事件。结论:新生儿病房做好医院感染的风险控制管理有着重要的意义,应当和医院感染管理科做好配合,促进相关制度的落实,加强各项指标监控,提高全体护理人员的风险管理意识,实现全员参与,防止医院感染的发生。
Objective: To explore management measures and effectiveness of nosocomial infection risk control in neonatal wards. Methods: The statistics of nosocomial infections in neonatal wards from January 2013 to December 2015 were statistically analyzed. Prevention and control measures were developed by the Joint Hospital Infection Management Section and risk control of neonatal nosocomial infections was implemented in various aspects. Conduct monitoring of various indicators and work in close coordination with other departments to strengthen the risk management awareness of all nursing staff and jointly achieve risk control of neonatal nosocomial infections. Results: During the investigation period, the management system of nosocomial infection risk in neonatal wards was well implemented and all tasks were responsible for them. The risk awareness and sense of responsibility of all nursing staffs were improved. Infection rate and omission rate of neonates in three years were significantly higher Reduce the hospital infection control effect is good; hygiene monitoring in line with hospital requirements, environmental hygiene monitoring score remained above 99%, no hospital infection or outbreak of infection. Conclusion: Neonatal ward management of nosocomial infection risk management is of great significance. It should cooperate with the hospital infection management department to promote the implementation of the relevant system, strengthen the monitoring of various indicators and enhance the risk management awareness of all nurses, and achieve Full participation to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
