土壤中氟化物、氯化物、硫酸盐、硝酸盐与人类健康有密切的关系,现有前处理方法主要是振荡器振荡法和静止提取法,存在提取时间长,不稳定组分易发生变化,提取不完全,回收率低等缺点。为此,笔者探讨了固相萃取前处理-离子色谱测定法。主要仪器为ICS-2000型离子色谱仪(美国DIONEX公司),色谱柱为AS11-HC(4 mm)分析柱和AG11-HC(4 mm)保护柱;
The fluoride, chloride, sulfate and nitrate in the soil are closely related to human health. The existing pretreatment methods are the oscillator oscillation method and the static extraction method. The extraction time is long, the unstable components are liable to change, Incomplete extraction, low recovery rate and other shortcomings. To this end, I discussed the solid phase extraction pretreatment - ion chromatography. The main instrument is ICS-2000 Ion Chromatograph (DIONEX, USA) with AS11-HC (4 mm) analytical column and AG11-HC (4 mm) guard column.
