[目的]探讨晚期肺腺癌患者外周血中MMP-9、CK19、CK20 mRNA的表达水平及相关关系。[方法]应用RT-PCR结合Real Time PCR方法测定85例Ⅳ期肺腺癌患者外周血中CK19、CK20、MMP-9 mRNA拷贝数。以良性疾病患者34例、健康志愿者22名作为对照。[结果]晚期肺腺癌组患者外周血中CK19、CK20、MMP-9 mRNA中位值均显著高于健康对照及肺良性疾病人群,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着CK19 mRNA的检测值增高,CK20 mRNA检测值也呈现增高趋势(r=0.885,P=0.000)。而MMP-9 mRNA表达与CK19mRNA或CK20 mRNA无关。[结论]晚期肺腺癌外周血中CK19、CK20和MMP-9 mRNA显著高表达。CK19 mRNA和CK20 mRNA的表达呈正相关,且均与MMP-9 mRNA表达无关。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of MMP-9, CK19 and CK20 mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma and their correlation. [Method] RT-PCR combined with Real Time PCR method was used to detect the mRNA copy of CK19, CK20 and MMP-9 in 85 patients with stage Ⅳ adenocarcinoma of the lung. 34 patients with benign disease, 22 healthy volunteers as a control. [Results] The median values of CK19, CK20 and MMP-9 mRNA in peripheral lung cancer patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls and benign lung diseases patients (P <0.05). With the detection of CK19 mRNA increased, CK20 mRNA also showed an increasing trend (r = 0.885, P = 0.000). However, MMP-9 mRNA expression was not related to CK19 mRNA or CK20 mRNA. [Conclusion] CK19, CK20 and MMP-9 mRNA in peripheral blood of advanced lung adenocarcinoma are highly expressed. CK19 mRNA and CK20 mRNA expression was positively correlated, and none of MMP-9 mRNA expression.
