黏液黏度下降是胶圈黏液封孔器与胶囊黏液封孔器测压法测压过程中常见的问题。使黏液黏度降低的因素有岩石的渗透作用、细菌的分解、高压气体环境的影响、井下水pH值、井下环境温度、封孔时间以及黏液自身分解等。通过自制的能够测量高压环境下黏液黏度的仪器,测定了不同条件下黏液黏度的变化规律,并对各种影响黏液黏度的因素进行了试验分析,找出了稳定黏液黏度的最佳方案,并应用于煤矿现场,取得一定的改进效果。
The mucilage viscosity drop is a common problem in the pressure measurement of the apron mucus sealing device and the capsule mucus sealing device. Factors that reduce mucus viscosity include rock infiltration, bacterial decomposition, the effects of high-pressure gas environment, pH of well water, downhole temperature, plugging time, and mucilage decomposition. Through the homemade instrument capable of measuring the viscosity of mucus in high pressure environment, the variation rules of mucus viscosity under different conditions were measured, and various factors influencing the viscosity of mucus were analyzed. The best solution to stabilize mucus viscosity was found out. Applied to the coal mine site, made some improvements.
