训练和竞技状态训练的主要作用,不管是以提高体力水平为目的,还是以提高运动成绩为目的,都在于改进能量的发挥,神经和肌肉机能的控制机构。这在内脏方面,是化学过程,代谢系统,这些都是关系到发生能量的基本机能。而肌肉力量和技术是属于神经肌机构的活动,对上述那些重要因素,能得到适当的发展时,在任何一个人都可以达到他天赋所规定的,一个可能的水平。所以说,任何一个人,在各式各样训练状态下,都能达到某种程度的提高,但要发挥出超乎他可能的力量,那是困难的。
