盐酸氟桂利嗪在临床上主要用于血管扩张,中国药典95版二部对该产品在有关物质检查项规定的方法在实际操作中不能得到满意的层析效果,笔者通过对该方法的改进,得到了理想清晰的结果。 1 实验条件 1.1 样品与试药 盐酸氟桂利嗪(郑州瑞康制药有限公司生产),硅胶GF_(254)薄层板(青岛海洋化工厂生产),其它试药均为分析纯。 1.2 溶剂:二氯甲烷-甲醇(2:1)。 1.3 展开剂:中国药典95版二部规定 环已烷—丙酮(60:40)。 改进后:环已烷—丙酮①(60:30)②(60:15)
