神经纤毛蛋白与肿瘤转移及靶向治疗的研究进展

近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高及饮食结构的变化,肿瘤的发病率和病死率呈逐年上升趋势,已严重威胁人类的健康。肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润及扩散是一个复杂的过程。而其发生、发展及扩散转移要依赖于血管的新生,血管可提供肿瘤生长所需的氧和营养物质,并且可通过血管浸润周围器官,达到远处转移及扩散的目的。据实体肿瘤患者病死率统计,约90%患者死于肿瘤的浸润转移[1]。而淋巴道转移是肿瘤转移的重要途径,也是决定临床治疗方案及判断预后的重要依据。恶性肿瘤及肿瘤周围组织中存在的大量新生淋巴管,是促进肿瘤淋巴道转移的关键。近年来国内外专家学者越来越重视神经纤毛蛋白( neuropilins,NRPs)的表达与肿瘤淋巴管生成及淋巴结的关系,NRPs可能促进了肿瘤的浸润转移。现对NRPs与肿瘤转移及靶向治疗的研究进展综述如下。
