采取网络调查方法,研究公共图书馆的特色服务能力,对象为31个省级公共图书馆的特色服务栏目。研究结果表明:公共图书馆需要从提高重视程度、树立一线服务品牌、完善规章制度等方面提升我国公共图书馆的特色服务的力度。 Take the method of network survey to study the special service ability of public libraries, the object is the special service column of 31 provincial public libraries. The results show that public libraries need to enhance the special services of public libraries in our country from the aspects of improving the degree of emphasis, establishing the first-line service brand, and improving the rules and regulations.
