目的:通过使用传统的传温液与空气传温两种介质,测定66个样品的熔点,探讨空气传温替代常规传温液的可能性。方法:以水、硅油与空气为传温介质,对多个样品同时进行熔点测定,对比测定结果。结果:同时检测66个样品,不同介质测定结果之间差别无统计学意义。结果显示空气传温的效果稍好于传统的导热介质。它具有以下优点:节约成本、环保,在工作量大时,其实用、简便的优点更为突出。结论:空气作为熔点测定的传温介质,可靠性较高。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the melting point of 66 samples by using two traditional media of temperature and temperature and air temperature to explore the possibility of using air temperature instead of conventional temperature and liquid. Methods: With water, silicone oil and air as temperature-transfer medium, the melting points of multiple samples were measured at the same time, and the results were compared. Results: Simultaneous detection of 66 samples showed no significant difference between the results of different media. The results show that the effect of air temperature is slightly better than the traditional heat-conducting medium. It has the following advantages: cost savings, environmental protection, large workload, the practical, easy advantages even more prominent. Conclusion: The air as the temperature measurement of melting temperature, high reliability.
