目的利用液相色谱-串联质谱法,建立一种无需繁琐样品前处理的检测生活饮用水中灭草松和2,4-滴的分析方法。方法水样经0.45μm聚醚砜滤膜过滤后直接进样。目标分析物经反相C18柱分离,以多反应监测模式采集数据,通过基质加标工作曲线定量。结果灭草松和2,4-滴的浓度分别在0.10 mg/L~1.00 mg/L和0.01 mg/L~0.10 mg/L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.9985)。灭草松和2,4-滴的加标回收率分别为87.1%~92.0%和96.3%~100%,日内精密度分别为1.39%~1.83%和1.25%~2.59%,检出限分别为0.0004 mg/L和0.0006 mg/L,定量限均为0.001 mg/L。结论所建立的方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏,能满足生活饮用水水质检验的要求。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of methoflurane and 2,4-D in drinking water without complicated samples pretreatment using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods Water samples were filtered directly through a 0.45μm polyethersulfone filter. The target analytes were separated by reverse-phase C18 column and the data were collected in a multi-reaction monitoring mode and quantified by matrix spike calibration curve. Results The concentrations of imazapyr and 2,4-D showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.10 mg / L to 1.00 mg / L and 0.01 mg / L to 0.10 mg / L, respectively (r ≥ 0.9985). The recoveries of imazapyr and 2,4-D were 87.1% -92.0% and 96.3% -100%, respectively. The intra-day precision were 1.39% -1.83% and 1.25% -2.59% respectively. The detection limits were 0.0004 mg / L and 0.0006 mg / L, the limit of quantification were 0.001 mg / L. Conclusion The established method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive, and can meet the requirements of drinking water quality inspection.
