毛主席说:“我们能夠学会我们原来不懂的东西。我们不但善于被坏一个旧世界,我们还将善于建设一个新世界”。我厂在热处理72—12凿岩机支架伐(45号钢)时,过去采用800—820℃淬入含 Nacl 10%的水溶液中,硬度要求 HRe 45—50。虽然在应力容易集中的孔与偏心槽处采取了石棉保护,但经常因变形过大而造成废品,废品率有时高达42%。后来我们试制成功了微形淬火剂,使废品率降到1%以下,其中有25%以上保持了原机械加工精度,彻底攻克了这一关键。淬火剂的成分量:
