随着经济的发展,本地区公路运输面貌发生了深刻变化,公路运输行业的规模、实力和自我发展的能力有了显著提高,体制改革和机制创新迈出了新的步伐,面貌和格局发生了深刻变化,为经济社会发展作出了重要贡献。不过交通行业是资源占用型和能源消耗型的行业,最大限度的发挥公路建设投入资金和资源的效用成为缓解以上矛盾的重要措施之一。本文首先探讨了公路运输管理存在的主要难点,具体论述了以提高经济效益为中心改革公路运输管理模式系统建立,并提出了相关配套措施:强化安全文明运输管理、加强公路路面治理、满足乘客个性化需求、建立货物运输联盟和优化公路运输路网建设。
