目的　探讨急性胸部创伤的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法　回顾性分析 2 5 6例急性胸部创伤的CT表现。结果　CT清楚显示胸壁伤肋骨骨折 141例等 ,胸膜伤 144例 ,肺损伤 113例 ,纵隔伤 19例 ,膈肌伤 5例。结论　CT有利于早期诊断和提高诊断准确率 ,为临床上及时诊断和治疗提供依据 ,对急性胸部创伤特别是严重创伤诊断有重要价值 Objective To investigate the CT findings and its diagnostic value of acute chest trauma. Methods The CT findings of 256 cases of acute chest trauma were retrospectively analyzed. Results CT clearly showed that there were 141 cases of rib fractures in chest wall, 144 cases of pleural injuries, 113 cases of lung injury, 19 cases of mediastinal injury and 5 cases of phrenic muscle injury. Conclusion CT is good for early diagnosis and improving diagnostic accuracy, providing a basis for timely clinical diagnosis and treatment, and is of great value in the diagnosis of acute chest trauma, especially serious trauma
