柴油机整机与零部件机械损失的评价指标及实验分析

用倒拖法对6110型直喷柴油机整机及各零部件的机械损失进行测量,提出了发动机的整机机械损失功率比和零部件机械损失功率比评价指标。分析了发动机各零部件和整机的机械损失功率比、机械损失功率、机械效率和平均机械损失压力随发动机转速和润滑油温度变化的规律。实验结果表明,发动机机械损失功率比和其他评价指标一样,不仅可以评价整机的机械损失的大小,也可以评价各零部件的机械损失大小。 The mechanical loss of the 6110 direct injection diesel engine and its components was measured by the inverted drag method. The evaluation index of the mechanical loss power ratio of the engine and the mechanical loss power ratio of the parts was put forward. The mechanical loss power ratio, mechanical loss power, mechanical efficiency and average mechanical loss pressure of engine parts and whole machine are analyzed with the change of engine speed and lubricant temperature. The experimental results show that the mechanical power loss ratio of the engine is the same as that of other evaluation indexes. It not only can evaluate the mechanical loss of the whole machine, but also can estimate the mechanical loss of each part.
