研究了 5 5NiCrMoV7钢在 10 0°C~ 70 0°C、90s~ 6 6 5h之间回火的组织和力学性能变化。以钢的淬、回火和退火硬度作为基本参数 ,定义了回火度的概念 ,提出了具有Johnson Mehl Avrami关系式形式的、适用于无二次硬化钢的回火 (时效 )动力学规律。由该规律出发可以推出Hollomon Jaffe回火参数与时间、温度和硬度的关系式。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of 5 5NiCrMoV7 steel tempered at 10 0 ° C ~ 70 0 ° C and 90 s ~ 6 6 5h were studied. Based on the quenching, tempering and annealing hardness of steel as the basic parameters, the concept of tempering degree was defined and the law of tempering (aging) kinetics applicable to non-secondary hardening steel with Johnson Mehl Avrami relation formula was proposed. From this rule, we can deduce the relationship between the parameters of Hollomon Jaffe tempering and the time, temperature and hardness.
