目的:了解石家庄地区男性高血脂患者血清生殖激素随年龄变化的规律,探讨生殖激素与血脂的关系。方法:选取25~65岁男性297例,检测血清总睾酮(TT)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、泌乳素(PRL)和甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、空腹血糖(FBG)。结果:TT在36~45岁年龄段起出现明显下降(P<0.05),FSH在36~45岁年龄段起明显升高(P<0.05),高脂组LH水平在56~65岁时明显升高(P<0.05),各年龄组间PRL和E2无明显变化。相关性分析表明,TT、FSH、LH与年龄呈明显相关(r=-0.266,0.514,0.350,P<0.05)。TT与TC、TG呈较弱的负相关(r=-0.215,-0.286,P<0.05),与HDL-C呈较弱的正相关(r=0.281,P<0.01);FSH、LH与TG呈较弱的正相关(r=0.282,0.343,P<0.05)。回归分析表明,年龄是TT、FSH、LH的独立影响因素,HDL-C是TT的独立影响因素。结论:成年男性血清TT、FSH水平随增龄呈现明显梯度性变化,高血脂患者呈现低TT、高FSH、高LH的特点。
Objective: To understand the rule of serum reproductive hormones with age in male patients with hyperlipidemia in Shijiazhuang and to explore the relationship between reproductive hormones and blood lipids. Methods: A total of 297 males aged 25-65 years were enrolled in this study. Serum total testosterone (TT), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), estradiol (E2), prolactin (PRL) and triglyceride TG, TC, HDL-C, LDLC and FBG. Results: TT significantly decreased from 36 to 45 years of age (P <0.05), while FSH increased significantly from 36 to 45 years of age (P <0.05). The LH level in the hyperlipidemia group was significantly higher at 56-65 years (P <0.05), there was no significant change of PRL and E2 between different age groups. Correlation analysis showed that TT, FSH and LH were significantly correlated with age (r = -0.266,0.514,0.350, P <0.05). TT was negatively correlated with TC and TG (r = -0.215, -0.286, P <0.05), but positively correlated with HDL-C (r = 0.281, P <0.01) There was a weak positive correlation (r = 0.282,0.343, P <0.05). Regression analysis showed that age was an independent factor of TT, FSH and LH, and HDL-C was an independent influencing factor of TT. CONCLUSION: Serum TT and FSH levels in adult males show obvious gradient changes with age, while patients with hyperlipemia show low TT, high FSH and high LH.
