本文分析了电磁搅拌对 Z L101 A 合金树枝晶碎(细)化和形成圆整初晶的影响,研究了化学成分、组织形貌与力学性能的关系.采用电磁搅拌结合水平半连续铸造制备出直径为Φ80 m m 的半固态 Z L101 A 连铸坯.其组织中α( Al)呈现玫瑰花状和椭球状的混合形态,( Al+ Si)共晶组织呈细小点状.连铸坯由表及里的平均性能为 σb= 251.25 M Pa,δ= 16.10% ,接近已发表文献中的最佳值.
The effects of electromagnetic stirring on the grain refinement and formation of round primary crystals of ZL101A alloy were analyzed. The relationship between chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical properties was studied. Semi-solid ZL101 A continuous casting billet with Φ80 m in diameter was prepared by electromagnetic stirring combined with horizontal semi-continuous casting. The α (Al) in the microstructure showed a mixture of rosette and ellipsoid. The (Al + Si) eutectic was finely dotted. The average performance of the continuous casting slab from the gauge is σb = 251.25 M Pa, δ = 16.10%, which is close to the best value in the published literature.
