近几年来,随着“农远工程”的不断推进,国内学者从多个角度对“农远工程”的教师培训问题进行了广泛而深入的研究,从培训需求、培训方案设计、培训模式和培训效果几个方面对相关研究成果进行分析和评价,认为当前“农远”教师培训运行机理、教师参与培训程度及影响因素、培训效果跟踪调查及培训经费分摊机制等方面的研究显得尤为迫切。
