校企合作要有总揽全局的大合作观,以共赢为基础,共建为途径,提高学生就业质量为目标,实施“四个结合、一个目标”。落实实训基地建设、专业建设、师资队伍建设,提升学生专业技能相结合措施,确保就业质量,与企业进行全方位的合作。建立了与行业、企业间的广泛联系,共同促进行业、专业的改革建设,实现了校企合作的可持续发展。
The cooperation between schools and enterprises should have the concept of big cooperation that takes the overall situation into consideration. Based on the win-win situation, we should build avenues to improve the quality of students’ employment and implement the “four combinations and one goal”. The implementation of training base construction, professional construction, faculty building, improve student professional skills combined measures to ensure the quality of employment, and all-round cooperation with enterprises. The establishment of a wide range of links with industry and business, and jointly promote the reform of industry and professional construction, and achieve the sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation.
