目的研究HIV感染的男性患者的性满意度及性功能障碍情况,观察性激素变化程度与性满意度的关系,以及影响性满意度的其他因素。方法对患者进行有关性满意度及性功能障碍的问卷调查,同时采用放射免疫法测定研究对象的性激素,分析其与性满意度的相关性。结果在问卷调查中,性满意度为4.7±0.6,明显低于常模平均水平;性功能障碍发生率84.9%,以轻度障碍为主;且性满意度与激素T值无相关。结论①HIV感染男性患者性满意度较低,存在较高的性功能障碍;性满意度的高低与性激素水平无相关关系。
Objective To study the sexual satisfaction and sexual dysfunction of male patients with HIV infection and to observe the relationship between the degree of sexual hormone change and sexual satisfaction and other factors influencing sexual satisfaction. Methods A questionnaire survey on sexual satisfaction and sexual dysfunction was conducted. The sex hormones were determined by radioimmunoassay and the correlation between them and sexual satisfaction was analyzed. Results In the questionnaire survey, the sexual satisfaction was 4.7 ± 0.6, which was significantly lower than the average level of the norm. The incidence of sexual dysfunction was 84.9%, which was mainly mild dysfunction. Sex satisfaction did not correlate with the hormone T value. Conclusions ①The sexual satisfaction of male patients with HIV infection is low, there is a high sexual dysfunction; the level of sexual satisfaction has no correlation with sex hormone levels.
