技校培养对象是技能型人才。长期以来,人们习惯性地认为技工教育就是面对某种职业的教育,让学生掌握一种或几种职业技能,使之娴熟,毕业后能迅速适应某种工作岗位。然而,近年来随着国家教育水平的提高,大多数技校生是从普通教育分流而来,年龄正处于青春期,由于受长期传统的教育理念的影响,其疏于德育学习,因此心理素质、思想观念、价值取向等道德领域受到日益严峻的挑战。通过对技校英语教学与德育工作之间联系的分析,结合教学实践,倡导技校英语教学与德育工作相辅相成、互相渗透的教学观点。
Technical school training object is skilled personnel. For a long time, people often think that mechanic education is to face some kind of professional education, which enables students to master one or several vocational skills and make them adept. After graduation, they can quickly adapt to a certain job. However, in recent years, with the improvement of national education level, most of the students in technical school are separated from ordinary education. They are in adolescence. Due to the long-term traditional educational concept, they are neglected in moral education. Therefore, psychological quality, Morality, such as concept and value orientation, is under increasingly serious challenges. Through the analysis of the connection between English teaching and moral education in technical school and the teaching practice, we advocate the teaching viewpoint that technical English teaching and moral education work complementarily and permeate each other.
