技校培养对象是技能型人才。长期以来,人们习惯性地认为技工教育就是面对某种职业的教育,让学生掌握一种或几种职业技能,使之娴熟,毕业后能迅速适应某种工作岗位。然而,近年来随着国家教育水平的提高,大多数技校生是从普通教育分流而来,年龄正处于青春期,由于受长期传统的教育理念的影响,其疏于德育学习,因此心理素质、思想观念、价值取向等道德领域受到日益严峻的挑战。通过对技校英语教学与德育工作之间联系的分析,结合教学实践,倡导技校英语教学与德育工作相辅相成、互相渗透的教学观点。 Technical school training object is skilled personnel.
