近年来,企业集团发展迅速.广州市从1985年开始组建企业集团,到1993年年底止,已发展到60多家,遍布三大产业,总注册资本达42亿.作为一种新生的经济组织,企业集团内党的工作大体还处于转型过渡阶段,实践中提出了不少问题亟待解决.本文试就其中比较突出的三个问题探索性的研究分析.一、关于企业集团党组织的地位及作用问题对这个问题,目前中央尚无明文规定,已出台的各种法规、条例和文件中,一般也未涉及企业集团的党建问题.那么,究竟如何看待呢?我们认为:在企业集团中,党组织仍然处于核心地位,这是由企业集团的根本属性所决定的.组建
