These phenomena are important organs such as heart and lungs to withstand greater load performance. Although this is a normal physiological phenomenon, the emergence of the “pole” phenomenon obviously does not benefit the health of the elderly due to the particularity of the physiological characteristics of the elderly. Therefore, the elders should prevent and avoid the phenomenon of “pole” when they run in winter.
