目的:探讨生物反馈治疗对儿童多发性抽动的疗效。方法:对12例多发性抽动患儿采用脑电生物反馈治疗仪进行强化SMR波,降低肌电(MyoScan)、皮电(SC)、升高皮温(TEMP)治疗,采用耶鲁全面抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)对抽动障碍的严重程度进行评价。结果:治疗20次后有效率为75.0%,治疗40次后有效率达91.7%,停止治疗后6个月有效率仍能维持在83.3%;治疗20次YGTSS总分(19.09±14.27)较治疗前(35.96±13.46)明显下降(P<0.05),40次时YGTSS总分(11.13±12.85)较20次时进一步下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6个月随访YGTSS总分(11.48±14.10)与40次治疗结束时比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:生物反馈治疗对多发性抽动患儿有效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of biofeedback therapy on children with multiple tic. Methods: 12 children with multiple tics were treated with EEG biofeedback instrument to strengthen SMR wave, reduce MyoScan, SC and TEMP. The severity of global twitch Scale (YGTSS) to assess the severity of tic disorder. Results: The effective rate was 75.0% after 20 treatments, 91.7% after 40 treatments, and 83.3% after 6 months of treatment. The total score of 20 YGTSS treatments was 19.09 ± 14.27 (35.96 ± 13.46) (P <0.05). The total score of YGTSS at 40 times (11.13 ± 12.85) decreased further than that at 20 times (P <0.05), and the YGTSS score at 6 months follow-up (11.48 ± 14.10) had no significant difference with the end of 40 treatments (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Biofeedback therapy is effective in children with multiple tics.
