检验水中毒剂的方法有多种,但要发展成简便的现场方法仍存在问题。酶抑制法是特异、灵敏的方法,但酶的保存、供应有困难。固相酶技术能解决酶的来源及保存。1965年Vasta等人使用固相胆硷酯酶作连续分析有机磷,1973年Robert制成固相酶简便测定的方法,但目前固相酶方法的制造和使用仍有不足。本研究目的是改进这种方法使之适合于现场应用。
There are many ways to test water poisoning, but there are still problems with developing a convenient on-site method. Enzyme inhibition method is a specific and sensitive method, but the enzyme preservation, supply difficulties. Solid-phase enzyme technology can solve the source and preservation of enzymes. In 1965, Vasta et al. Used solid-phase cholinesterase for continuous analysis of organophosphates. In 1973 Robert made a simple method for the determination of solid-phase enzymes. However, there are still some deficiencies in the manufacture and use of the immobilized enzyme method. The purpose of this study is to improve this method to make it suitable for field applications.
