日前,国家安全监管总局办公厅和国家煤矿安监局办公室联合发出通知,决定于2012年9月下旬至11月组织开展煤矿井下安全避险“六大系统”专项检查。煤矿井下安全避险“六大系统”是指监测监控系统、人员定位系统、紧急避险系统、压风自救系统、供水施救系统和通信联络系统。通知指出,检查的主要内容包括3个方面:一是矿井是否按照要求,完成了煤矿井下人员定位系统、压风自救系统、供水施救系统和通信联络系统的建设完善工作;二是煤矿企业是否按照要求,建设完善了监测监控系统;三是煤(岩)与瓦斯(二氧化碳)突出矿井,
