有效的教师评价有助于建立健全学校考核制度,完善人事管理,充分调动广大教师的积极性和创造性,公正合理、科学规范、全面真实地反映教师的工作态度、工作能力和工作绩效,提高学校管理水平。在现有的学校教师评价中总是存在着这样或那样的问题。1.机械的项目考核。有的学校从“德、能、勤、绩”四个方面来考核教师,但很多内容是空一、对教师评价现状的反思。
