改革和完善养老保险制度是建立社会保险体系的重要组成部分。为保障企业职工离退休后的基本生活,促进生产力的发展,维护社会安定。根据党的十四届三中全会精神和《国务院关于深化企业职工养老保险制度改革的通知》(国发[1995]6号)的要求,结合我省实际,制定本实施方案。
Reforming and improving the pension insurance system is an important part of establishing a social insurance system. In order to protect the basic living after retirement of employees, promote the development of productivity and maintain social stability. According to the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party and the “Circular of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Endowment Insurance System for Workers and Staff of Enterprises” (Guo Fa [1995] No. 6), the present implementation plan has been formulated in the light of the reality of our province.
