酝酿时间长达半年多的《国务院关于促进光伏产业健康发展的若干意见》日前正式公布。根据意见,2013～2015年,我国将年均新增光伏发电装机容量10吉瓦左右,到2015年总装机容量达到35吉瓦以上。截至2012年,中国光伏装机总容量不到8吉瓦,这意味着要实现2015年35吉瓦的目标,三年内装机将增长3倍以上。意见同时强调要严控新上单纯扩大产能
The “State Council’s Opinion on Promoting the Healthy Development of Photovoltaic Industry”, which has been brewing for more than six months, was officially announced a few days ago. According to the opinion, from 2013 to 2015, China will add an average annual installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation of about 10 GW, and by 2015, the total installed capacity will reach 35 GW. As of 2012, the total PV installed capacity in China is less than 8GW, which means that to meet the 2015 target of 35GW, installed capacity will increase by more than three times in three years. At the same time, the comments stressed the need to strictly control the new simple expansion of production capacity
