气缸盖在长期使用后,会引起变形、挠曲、裂纹等现象,经过修理后,燃烧室一般都缩小。据测量,燃烧室容积的缩小量,最小为5～6毫升,最大达30毫升以上。燃烧室容积改变后,压缩比随着改变,影响到发动机运转的不均匀,引起爆燃和降低功率。金华汽车修理厂电镀班的同志为此试验摸索了一套电蚀修复工艺,可在不改变燃烧室表面形状的条件下,恢复燃烧室应有的容积。现将工艺介绍如下:
