针对湖北省三峡库区存在的生态环境问题和生态农业建设中出现的无序化、粗放化和低水平化现象 ,指出库区生态农业建设应以系统理论为指导 ,以生态规划为基础 ,以整体、循环、协调、再生为目标 ,应用生态工程技术并将其组装配套 ,因地制宜 ,合理布局 ,层次多样 ,集约精致 ,促进库区生态农业的结构优化 ,功能提高 ,效益增加 ,并为此提出库区生态农业发展的对策和技术措施
In view of the ecological environment problems existing in the Three Gorges reservoir area of Hubei Province and the disorder, extensive and low-level phenomenon in the construction of ecological agriculture, it is pointed out that the construction of ecological agriculture in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area should be guided by systematic theory and based on ecological planning. The project aims to be integrated, circular, coordinated and regenerated, and ecological engineering techniques are applied and assembled. The measures of local conditions, reasonable layout, diversified levels and intensive expedites are proposed to promote the structural optimization, functional enhancement and profitability enhancement of ecological agriculture in the reservoir area.
