故障现象INNOVA3100的L臂、ARC臂(简称C臂)、PVT臂(简称P臂)及IJ(平板)均无法运动(有时偶尔能动一下)。故障检修首先考虑伺服电机的公共供电电压180VDC是否正常。在C2柜内的Regulation Interco Board线路板上,测量J705插头上3、6两脚之间的电压显示为0V,说明180V未能正常供电。
Symptoms INNOVA3100 the L arm, ARC arm (referred to as C arm), PVT arm (referred to as P arm) and IJ (flat) are unable to exercise (occasionally able to move about). Troubleshooting First consider whether the common servo motor voltage 180VDC is normal. On the Regulation Interco Board in the C2 cabinet, the voltage between pins 3 and 6 on the J705 connector is displayed as 0V, indicating that the 180V failed to supply power.
