日本四国铁路公司多度津工厂为提高动车车轮齿轮箱的检修效率,应用了非解体检修故障诊断的旋转试验装置。这种由测试设备、测量装置、操作盘、加载装置及驱动电机等组成的试验台可通过设在驱动装置各部位的传感器的输出来测得各个部件的振动频率和波形频谱,经FFT解析和包络线处理后输入计算机,与计算结果和预设的判断基准相对比,作出是否存在故障及故障部位的判断。此外,本装置还可通过噪声和温度测定结果来作出诊断。
To increase the efficiency of the inspection and maintenance of the gear box of the moving wheels, the Shizu Plant of Japan’s Shikoku Railway Company applied a rotation test device for diagnosis of non-disassembly and maintenance faults. The test rig consisting of the test equipment, measuring device, operation panel, loading device and driving motor can measure the vibration frequency and waveform spectrum of each component by the output of the sensor located in each part of the driving device. After FFT analysis and After the envelope is processed, it is input to the computer, and compared with the calculation result and the preset judgment criterion to judge whether there is a fault or a fault part.
