了解沈阳军区介入放射学(简称介入放射)工作人员健康状况,为保障从业人员的健康和安全提供依据,按照国家标准规定的方法,对176名介入放射工作人员进行职业健康检查。结果表明,介入放射工作人员部分健康检查指标如淋巴细胞微核率、WBC异常率和症状发生率均明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示,应加强介入放射工作人员的放射防护管理,改善防护条件,确保其职业健康。
To understand the health status of interventional radiology staff in Shenyang Military Region and provide basis for ensuring the health and safety of practitioners and to conduct occupational health examination on 176 interventional radiological staff according to the methods prescribed by national standards. The results showed that some health check-up indicators such as lymphocyte micronucleus rate, WBC abnormality rate and symptom incidence of interventional radiology staff were significantly higher than those of healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). It is suggested that radiation protection and management of interventional radiological staff should be stepped up to improve the protection conditions and ensure their occupational health.
