根据2219铝合金不同疲劳断裂位置的力学性能参数,采用通用法、四点法、改进四点法和混合法对2219铝合金焊接接头的疲劳寿命进行了计算机预测与试验验证。结果表明,疲劳断裂部位的力学性能参数是影响疲劳寿命计算结果的关键因素,采用局部力学性能参数得到的焊接接头疲劳寿命的计算值/试验值的分散性最小,其中改进四点法和混合法计算得到的疲劳寿命与试验值较为接近。
According to the mechanical property parameters of 2219 aluminum alloy under different fatigue fracture locations, the fatigue life of 2219 aluminum alloy welded joint was predicted and verified by general method, four-point method, four-point improvement method and mixing method. The results show that the mechanical performance parameters of the fatigue fracture site are the key factors that affect the fatigue life calculation results. The calculation results of the fatigue life of the welded joints obtained by using the local mechanical properties parameters / the dispersion of the test values are the least. Among them, the improved four-point method and the hybrid method The calculated fatigue life is close to the test value.
