民航飞机的起落架动载荷的承受量较大,是飞机最容易出现故障的环节。再加上飞机起落架的系统工作较复杂,所以,对起落架可靠性的分析研究便显得尤为重要。在民航飞机的起落架可靠性验证中,通常采用各种仿真系统软件,如:有效元分析软件、三维辅助建模软件、多体动力分析软件、液压控制分析软件等。通过各种仿真软件的运用,进行各平台数据资源的整合,提高分析的可靠性、科学性、高效性,进行有效的起落架可靠性仿真分析,进而建立相应的仿真模型,通过对策的调整,确保民航飞机起落架的安全。
