用脉冲中毒法测定了反应条件下H型丝光沸石分子筛表面活性中心数。对不同毒剂测定的结果进行了比较,发现催化剂表面存在两种催化活性不同的酸中心。考察了不同毒剂中毒后的热脱附,发现在400℃时NH_3中毒的活性可恢复90%以上,而吡啶中毒是不可逆的。提出了用“吡啶顶替吸附法”测定催化剂表面B酸L酸的方法,阐述了该法的要点和依据。
Pulse poisoning method was used to determine the number of active sites on the surface of H-type mordenite zeolite under reaction conditions. The results of different toxicants were compared and found that there were two kinds of acid sites with different catalytic activities on the catalyst surface. The thermal desorption after poisoning was investigated. It was found that the activity of NH_3 poisoning can be restored more than 90% at 400 ℃, while pyridine poisoning is irreversible. A new method for determining Brønsted acid (L) on catalyst surface by “Pyridine Replacement Adsorption Method” was proposed. The main points and basis of this method were expounded.
