校外教学实训基地的建设是高职院校办学理念的直接体现,是高职院校改善办学条件、彰显办学特色、提高教学质量的重点,是建设和谐学院、走可持续发展道路的需要。校外实训基地建设的指导原则、三步走战略及基地拓展模式,是高职院校改善实践教学、培养应用型人才的经验凝结。具体到操作上,应遵循内拓外联的建设思路,保证基地建设的长效性。
The construction of extracurricular teaching practice base is the direct manifestation of the idea of running a higher vocational college.
