黑龙江省图书馆学会第四次会员代表大会于1989年5月22日在黑龙江省图书馆召开。出席会议的会员代表和第三届理事会理事、列席代表等共计117人。开幕式由三届理事会副理事长王盛茂同志主持。三届理事会理事长孙际昌同志代表三届理事会做了工作报告。报告回顾了上届理事会组成三年来完成的主要工作:1、开展了多种形式的学术活动;2、加强了会刊编辑出版工作;3、注意抓好会员培训;4、积极慎重地发展会员,抓好地市级学会建设;5、通报信息,为会员服务。工作报告得到了与会代表的一致赞同。会议听取了学会副理事长江冶同志作的关于修改《黑龙江省图书馆学会章程》的几点说明。学会常务理事、秘书长王科正同志就第四届理事会候选人提名原则作了说明。大会经过充
The Fourth Congress of Heilongjiang Provincial Library Society was held on May 22, 1989 in Heilongjiang Provincial Library. A total of 117 members attended the meeting and the third council members, attended the meeting a total of 117 people. The opening ceremony was chaired by Wang Shengmao, vice chairman of the third council. Comrade Sun Ji Chang, chairman of the third council made a work report on behalf of the third council. The report reviews the major tasks accomplished in the last three years of the council’s composition in three years: 1. Conducting various forms of academic activities; 2. Enhancing the editing and publishing of the journal; 3. Paying attention to member training; 4. Proactively and prudently developing Members, do a good job at the municipal society to learn; 5, information, member services. The work report was unanimously approved by the delegates. Meeting heard the Vice President Jiang Ye comrades made on the revision of “Heilongjiang Provincial Library Association,” a few notes.
