中药的药效和煎煮有很大的关系,煎煮的方式不对,中药里面的有效成分容易丢失。在煎煮中药的时候,我们要注意煎煮的用具,煎煮之前是否有浸泡一段时间,以及我们用什么样的水煎煮中药,水加了多少。这些因素都会影响药效。用具煎煮中药的用具最好是砂锅。砂锅传热性能好,受热均匀,不易爆沸,兼有保温、使用方便、价格低廉等优点。更重要的是砂锅为硅酸盐成分,化学性能稳定。煎煮中药忌用铁、铜、铝等容器。因为这些容器的金属化学性质较为活泼,易与中药中的某些成分发生化学变化,影响中药成分的含量,使中药的效应减低或消失。
