近年来,随着大批外籍人员来到中国,他们的孩子也就地进入幼儿园。外籍人员的社会、文化背景、思想观念、教育方式等与我们有一定差异。如何与他们建立友好的教育伙伴关系,需要我们认真研究。2002年8月,我们在江苏省田湾核电站专家村(连云港市墟沟)开办了全市唯一的涉外寄宿制幼儿园——核电钟声国际幼儿园。为赢得外籍家长的信赖,我们在以下方面进行探索,收到较好的效果。
In recent years, with a large number of foreigners coming to China, their children have also entered the kindergarten on the spot. The social, cultural background, ideas and education of foreign nationals are different from ours. How to establish a friendly education partnership with them requires our careful study. In August 2002, we opened the only foreign-boarding kindergarten in the city, Nuclear Bell Zhongsheng International Kindergarten, in the expert village of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station in Jiangsu Province (Xugou, Lianyungang City). In order to win the trust of foreign parents, we have explored the following aspects and received good results.
