汉江王甫洲水利枢纽位于丹江口水利枢纽下游30km 处的湖北省老河口市近郊,是汉江中下游第一个发电航运梯级,“南水北调”中线方案实施后,王甫洲枢纽将对丹江口电站起反调节作用。汉江自北向南流经老河口市后分为左右两支,并形成面积近21km~2的江心洲,即王甫洲。洲的右侧为主河道,左侧为老河道,老河道枯季断流。枢纽主要建筑物布置在下面两区:王甫洲洲头上游主河道上布置有泄水闸和河床土石坝,简称泄水闸区:下游近老河道出口处布置有电站厂房、重力坝和船闸,简称电厂区;两区相距约7km,中间由两岸围堤和谷城土坝连成水库,挡水前缘全长17903.83m。正常蓄水位86.23m,相应库容为1.495亿 m~3。泄水闸为露顶孤门平底式,共有23孔,底部高程
The Han River Wangfuzhou Project is located at the outskirts of Laohekou, Hubei Province, at 30km downstream of the Danjiangkou Water Control Project.
