当前在国内外整个汽车产业的价值链角度看,整车制造商创造的价值在整个价值链中所占的比重在全球都呈现出越来越大的趋势。相应的,它们在采购物流方面所占的增值比重也将越来越高。对于汽车厂商来说,获得所需零部件无非两种选择:自制或者外购,但最重要的是能够以最低的成本获得最佳的零配件。目前大多数的企业都将采购成本作为采购管理的重心,将供应商选择、采购询价、长期控制作为具体的执行过程。这两年来各种生产材料采购成本的大幅增长也确实极大地刺激了汽车行业,“抱团式”生存的模式,开始在行业内复制。

For a car manufacturer, getting the parts you need is no more than two options: self-made or outsourced, but most importantly, the best spare parts available at the lowest cost. At present, most enterprises will purchase cost as the purchasing management center, the supplier selection, purchase inquiry, long-term control as a specific implementation process. In the past two years, the sharp increase in the procurement cost of all kinds of production materials has indeed greatly stimulated the auto industry’s “Baotuan-style” survival model and started to replicate in the industry.
