振兴京剧,不仅是继承发展优秀传统文化的具体 措施之一,同时也是构建社会主义精神文明的一项重要任务。而坚定不移地贯彻执行推陈出新的方针,则是振兴京剧的必由之路。 推陈出新,是以优秀传统剧目（包括特殊技艺和著名流派）的传承及精品剧目的不断涌现为标志的。从1988年“京津沪京剧新剧目调演”,到1990年“徽班进京200周年纪念演出”;从1994年“纪念梅周诞辰100周年演出”,到1999年“第二届中国京剧节”;其间还经历了“梅兰芳金奖大赛”和1992年“全国青年京剧院团新剧目汇演”、“首届中国京剧节”等赛事,京剧艺术得天独厚,受到了党中央的高度重视。文化部及振兴京剧指导委员会为全国各地京剧院团创造了诸多复兴与振兴的机会,提供了广阔的“天地大舞台”。以《曹操与杨修》、《骆驼祥子》、《贞观盛事》、《风雨同仁堂》等剧目和“梅兰芳金奖”得主为代表,从总体上反映出了十多年来京剧艺术推陈出新的最新成果和最高水平。

The Ministry of Culture and the revitalization of Beijing Opera Steering Committee have created many opportunities for revival and rejuvenation of Peking Opera troupes throughout the country and provided a vast ”world arena.“ Represented by ”Cao Cao and Yang Xiu“, ”Camel Xiangzi“, ”Zhenguan Event“, ”Wind and Rain Tong Ren Tang“ and the winner of ”Mei Lanfang Gold Prize", the art of Peking Opera has been refreshed on the whole for more than a decade Achievements and highest levels.
