According to the recent statistics of U.S. investment bank Ross Stores, a total of 22 Chinese companies listed in the United States announced or completed the privatization delisting in 2011. There is no doubt that the listing of many companies are an easy dream, after investing a lot of money and manpower finally dream, why they take the initiative to leave this hard-won stage? Compared with the passive leave the company, Those companies that take the initiative to privatize their delisting are more likely to choose the best of both worlds. Listing is like “Besieged city ”. People outside the city want to come in, people in the city go out. In an eternal capital market, there is no conflict between listing fever and delisting. Privatization may be a two-way solution to some sort of capital dilemma, and of course it must follow the rules of the game in which risks and returns are balanced.
